01 · Program terms

Terms of the Volunteer Tester Program

By submitting the registration form below, you agree to the points listed here. They summarise the full agreement in plain language — the legal weight is identical.

1. Volunteer engagement, no compensation

Participation is voluntary. You agree to test Helmet Browser without any payments, rewards, claims, or rights in exchange. The information you provide is used to register you as an official Helmet Browser tester; any later feedback you submit should be identified with the same information whenever relevant.

2. Truthful, good-faith reporting

You agree to fill out the form in good faith with truthful information, and to provide feedback, bugs, errors and related information as a volunteer tester throughout your participation.

3. What counts as valid feedback

A valid feedback report contains at least one of: a recognized and previously unreported bug; a fatal crash, hang or complete freeze; a recognized error or clear application misbehavior.

4. Eligibility for trials & subscriptions

Active testers who engage with the HelmetBrowser Discord community and submit valid, recognized feedback may be eligible to receive subscription trials and/or special offerings — up to a one-year subscription plan for accepted reports.

How we handle the information you submit

No third-party sharing

All personal or sensitive information — including identifiers and any payment data — stays exclusively with us. It is never shared, disclosed, or sold to non-affiliated third parties, whether or not a transaction is completed.

Strict confidentiality & encryption

We maintain strict confidentiality and encryption over all user data. No personal data is shared for advertising, data mining, or any external service.
